METHOD
- Combine ingredients into glass or pitcher for a large batch
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
HORCHATA:
1. Add uncooked rice, 2 cups water, and cinnamon sticks to a blender and blend until roughly ground
2. Add remaining water and blend for another minute
3. Pour the rice milk into a pitcher and refrigerate overnight
4. Strain the mixture through a cheesecloth and discard chunks
5. Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar into the rice water and chill before serving over ice
