METHOD
- Create chamomile tea and chill.
- Pour The Glenlivet into the tea to create a batch serve.
- Pour into teacup and garnish with pear slices and sage.
*Tea: Combine water, chamomile tea bag, pinch of salt, 3 drops of vanilla extract, 1 part lemon juice and ½ pear chopped and warm together for 10 minutes over low to medium heat. Fine strain.
