Spill The Tea

Tea-infused cocktails are all the rage and can be the perfect holiday nightcap. Put a spin on holiday hosting and impress your guests with this chamomile and whisky tea cocktail. To really raise the bar, we recommend the scotch-tail is made in a teapot and served out of teacups.

The Glenlivet 12 Year Old
1.25 Parts
Pear Chamomile Tea*
4 Parts

METHOD

  1. Create chamomile tea and chill.
  2. Pour The Glenlivet into the tea to create a batch serve.
  3. Pour into teacup and garnish with pear slices and sage.

*Tea: Combine water, chamomile tea bag, pinch of salt, 3 drops of vanilla extract, 1 part lemon juice and ½ pear chopped and warm together for 10 minutes over low to medium heat. Fine strain.
